After your initial submission, our team will reach out to you to gather some additional information about the claim. This includes:
- The WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and HOW regarding the incident that took place
- The names and addresses of any injured persons and/or witnesses.
- The nature and location of any bodily injuries and/or property damages arising from the incident.
- Copies of any demands, notices, summons, or legal papers in connection with the incident.
