Surety Bond Refund Policy

All credit card purchases from this site and/or any sub-sites are subject to the following refund criteria:

• The first year premium is fully earned. Indiana Medicaid bonds are three year terms only and are fully earned.
• If a bond has been issued, the original bond must be returned to VGM within 30 days of the cancellation being processed
• Refunds are made only to the credit card used for the purchase
• A service fee of $75 applies to all refunds
