Surety Bond Refund Policy

All credit card purchases from this site and/or any sub-sites are subject to the following refund criteria:

• You must contact us within 10 days of your purchase (contact info below)
• If a bond has been issued the bond must be returned to VGM
• Refunds are made only to the credit card used for the purchase
• A service fee of $25 applies to all refunds

If you qualify for a refund submit:

1. Documentation from Medicare, CMS, NSC, or other government agency stating why you do not need a surety bond.
2. Your original bond and any copies.
3. A written request stating the address where the refund should be directed, who the refund check should be payable, and a contact name if there are questions.
